Wood Fired Sauna

What makes a wood-fired sauna special?

Unlike electric or infrared saunas, a wood-fired sauna creates a full-spectrum heat experience, including near, mid, and far-infrared warmth—just like a natural fire or the sun. The heat from the fire penetrates deeply, promoting relaxation, circulation, and detoxification. Plus, the flickering glow and scent of the wood enhance the sensory experience, making it more grounding and immersive.

How is this different from an infrared sauna?

Infrared saunas use artificial heating elements, while a wood-fired sauna provides natural, deep-penetrating warmth. The heat is richer, more immersive, and allows for a true traditional sauna experience with the ritual of tending the fire. We believe nature does it best.
