Our Celestial Full Moon Sauna is a self-led experience designed to complement the natural rhythm of the full moon. Alongside your sauna and cold plunge, you'll find gentle invitations to pause, reflect and reconnect in whatever way feels right for you.

On arrival, you'll receive a Full Moon Reflection Sheet to guide your evening, with seasonal prompts inspired by the moon and the time of year. Around the space you'll discover optional reflections, rituals and seasonal touches to explore at your own pace.

There is no right way to experience the evening. You might spend your time moving between the sauna, the cold plunge, your journal, a quiet cup of tea, or simply sitting beneath the moon.
